Two Haikus : New Day and Another Day

I wrote these as I was waking up.

Rest of the world :

 

Sun shines through closed eyes
Body stirs slowly stretching
Dawn of a new day

 

 

Me:

 

Ugh sun is shining
Body aches and will not move
Another crappy day

 

 

Sun is Setting

Sun is setting low
My friend close your eyes and rest
Await the new dawn
